Information concerning the programme is published in accordance with the Bank of England's Transparency Regulations. These regulations were set out in their Market Notice 'Detailed eligibility requirements for residential mortgage backed securities and covered bonds backed by residential mortgages' dated 30 November 2010. The timing of publication of further disclosures will be as referenced in the Market Notice.
