What you'll need to register

To register for Online Services, you’ll need:

  • Your password
  • Your account number
  • Your contact details

You can find your account number on your annual statement or welcome pack.

Already have a password and Grid Card?

If you already use a password and Grid Card when you call us, all you need to do is register for Online Services. Once you’ve registered for Online Services, you can retrieve your Web ID online the following day. Then you’ll have everything you need to log in and manage your money online.

Never had a password?
If you’ve never had a password, you can order a password letter to set up a new password. When your new password has been set up you’ll be able to register for Online Services .
Forgotten your password or need to set one up?

If you’ve forgotten the password you use when you call us or go online, or if you need to set a password up for the first time, you can order a password letter.

Already got your password letter? You can set up your new password now.

Forgotten your Web ID?
If you’ve forgotten your Web ID you can retrieve it online  . 
Lost your Grid Card?
If you’ve lost your Grid Card you can order a new one online . This will be sent to you first class in the post.
