Reset password by post

To reset your password by post, enter your details below and select 'Submit'. We'll post a reset letter to you, to enable you to choose a new password. You'll not be able to login to Online Services or arrange withdrawals from your accounts by telephone until your new password has been set up.

Once you've received the letter you'll have two ways to reset:

Use the temporary password shown on your letter on our website

This is the quickest way to reset. Once you've chosen a new password, you'll be able to use it straight away online or over the phone.

By post

If you would prefer to reset your password by post, complete and send your password reset form back to us. You'll need to allow up to four working days for this to be completed.

Please keep your existing Grid Card as you can continue to use the same card once your password has been reset.

Register for Online Services

You must be aged 16 or over to register for Online Services and if you have joint accounts, each account holder will need to register separately.

Please make sure you have a Coventry account number and your password handy.
