Reset password via post

To order a password reset form please fill in your details and click on 'Submit'. We will post a form to you, to enable you to choose a new password. Please return this to us as soon as possible.

You will not be able to login to Online Services or arrange withdrawals from your accounts by telephone until we have set up your new password. Once your new password has been set up (usually within four days of returning the form to us by post) you will be able to login to Online Services and arrange to make withdrawals from your account by telephone.

Please keep your existing Grid Card as you can continue to use the same card once your password has been reset.

Register for Online Services

You must be aged 16 or over to register for Online Services and if you have joint accounts, each account holder will need to register separately.

Please make sure you have a Coventry account number and your password handy.
