We're a Great Place to Work

Great Place to Work® recently announced that we’re ranked 17th in its league table of super-large organisations in the list of the UK’s Best Workplaces™

Over 300 organisations are surveyed as part of Great Place to Work® and we’re one of 38 who have achieved accreditation in the super large category – organisations with more than 1000 employees. We’ve only been working with the Great Place to Work® team for less than a year so we’re delighted to achieve this position alongside big names like Deloitte, Cisco and Santander.

When Great Place to Work® are pulling together the list of the 2022 UK's Best Workplaces™, they rigorously evaluate hundreds of employee survey responses alongside Culture Audit™ submissions from leaders at each company. They then put all this data together to benchmark the effectiveness of what a company says it offers against the culture their employees actually experience.
