We’re one of the UK’s best workplaces for women

Coventry Building Society has been officially named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women by Great Place to Work.

Great Place to Work revealed in July that we’re ranked 14 out of the 39 Super Large organisations on the list.

The Society has earned its place thanks to feedback on our annual employee survey. To determine our rank on the list, the experts at Great Place to Work analysed the work we do to support and empower women through our workplace culture. These results are based on what women themselves have anonymously reported to us about their workplace experience and how well represented they are in the workforce and management.

Commenting on the news, Chief People Officer Lucy Becque said: “This is fabulous recognition for the Society – not just for the women who work here, but for everyone. It shows that the Society supports women to have a positive experience at work and it also recognises the importance of women throughout our organisation.”
