Register the app on your device
To register for the mobile app, you need to have an existing savings account with us and be setup for Online Services.
Check our award-winning savings accounts and open one today. If you've already got an account with us, you can register for Online Services if you haven't already.
What you'll need
Your Online Services Username and Online Password
If you've forgotten your details, you can retrieve your Username or reset your Online Password.
An up to date mobile number in our records (we'll text you)
Find out how to update your details if you need to.

3 steps to register
Step 1 - Download the app
Choose the device you use the most as the app can only be accessed on one device at a time. You'll need to unregister on one device before you can download on another. You can download our app directly from the Google play or App store. Just search for 'Coventry Building Society'.
Follow the prompts on the screen. Allow the app to access your location and accept the Terms of Use (terms and conditions governing the app) if you agree to them.
To help meet our fraud requirements and keep your money safe, we need you to 'allow' device location whenever you’re using the app. By downloading and using the app, you agree to and are bound by the Terms of Use.
Step 2 - Verify it's you
Log in with your Online Services Username and Online Password.
After this, a text with a unique code will be sent to you. Type this on the app when you receive it.
Step 3 - Set up access to your new app
