You can make a payment to your Named Bank Account, or transfer money to another account you hold with us using the app.

 

To make a payment to an account you hold elsewhere, an existing payee or adding a new payee, please log in to your Online Services.

 

To check if your account allows you to make these types of payments, please refer to the Specific Terms of your account.

Mortgage accounts, Additional Allowance ISAs, and Children’s accounts aren’t available to view in the app.

 

Log in to Online Services or call us on 0800 121 8899. For savings accounts, you'll need your Telephone Security details to hand when you call us. Or you can visit your nearest branch.

 

If you’ve opened a new account online, it may not appear in the app for up to 15 minutes.

Yes, you can use the app abroad. To make sure you don't incur roaming charges, check with your mobile provider.

There may be times when we need to take you outside of the app. For the best experience, we recommend you use Safari or Google Chrome. You can download these in the Google Play or App Store. 

No, you can only use the most recent version of the app and we'll prompt you when an update is available. We want you to have the best experience, benefit from the latest features, and always keep you secure.
