Device compatibility with the app

You can download our app on tablets as well as mobile phones, however it has been designed to work best on mobile phones.

 

We try to support as many devices as possible, but some are too old to use with our mobile app. The app will only work on one device, so please choose the one you prefer.

iOS version 16.0 or newer

 

 

 

Android

 

Android 10 or newer

 

Beta versions of operating systems are not supported.

Can I have the app on multiple devices?

No, you can only download and use the Coventry Building Society app on one device at a time. To download on another device, you'll need to unregister on the one you currently have the app on first.

I want to transfer the app to a new device.

If you still have the old device, you need to unregister this in the app first. Just go to 'Settings', 'Security & Privacy', then 'Unregister Mobile Device'.

 

You must unregister the app from your device before using your phone provider's transfer process. 

 

Once you've done this, you can register the app in your new device.

 

If you no longer have access to the old device, please call us or visit your local branch.
