Supporting Centrepoint

Coventry Building Society (“the Society”, “us” or “we”) pledges to donate £5 to Centrepoint Soho (a company limited by guarantee with Charity No. 292411 whose registered office is at Central House, 25 Camperdown Street, London, E1 8DZ) for every new savings account applied for and opened between 16 May 2024 and 18 June 2024 which has a balance of £100 or more at the end of 30 June 2024.

This pledge applies to any new Coventry Building Society savings account which is applied for and opened – and is available to the public - between the dates shown above.

You can apply for and open savings accounts online, in a branch, via post or over the phone.

We’ll work out our total donation based on the balances held in these accounts at the end of business on 30 June 2024. We’ll only consider accounts which have a balance of at least £100 or more at the end of that day.

The maximum donation the Society will make to Centrepoint, based on savings accounts opened within the time period, is capped at £250,000 in total.

Centrepoint doesn’t endorse any of our savings accounts.

The donation made by the Society is separate to the interest you earn. It will in no way affect your balance, account, or the service you get from us.

There’s no need to worry about gift aid or other tax implications because our donation isn’t made from any accounts held in your name.
