Jen Tippin

'I am truly delighted to be joining the Coventry Building Society Board at such an important point in its evolution. Having spent the vast majority of my career in banking and financial services, I’m particularly excited to support the Society and join the mutual sector.

With a strong purpose and member first ethos, a growing customer base and a significant change agenda ahead, there is clear opportunity to now harness digital, technology and people capabilities to enhance our members’ experience for the future. I am looking forward to bringing my experience in large scale transformation to the Board to ensure the Society’s ongoing success.'
