When you opened your account, we sent or gave you a booklet with our Saving Accounts Terms and Conditions. These are updated from time to time. You can download the current issue below.
Each account also has its own Specific Terms. You'd have received a copy of these too. If you need another copy, please contact us.
Changes on 1 July 2026
On 1 July 2026, we're updating our Saving Accounts Terms and Conditions. We're in the process of contacting affected customers with details of the changes.
If you have a variable rate account opened before 1 April 2026, you'll automatically move from Issue A to Issue B. You don't need to do anything.
The same applies if you opened a fixed rate account* on or after 1 April 2026 but before 6 April 2026, you'll automatically move from Issue A to Issue B. You don't need to do anything.
