When you opened your account, we sent or gave you a booklet with our Saving Accounts Terms and Conditions. These are updated from time to time. You can download the current issue below.
Each account also has its own Specific Terms. You'd have received a copy of these too. If you need another copy, please contact us.
Changes on 1 July 2026
On 1 July 2026, we're updating our Saving Accounts Terms and Conditions. We've already contacted you with details of these changes, if you're affected.
If you have a variable rate account opened before 6 April 2026, you'll automatically move from Issue A to Issue B. You don't need to do anything.
