As the second largest building society in the UK, we have an important role to play in the public policy debate. We engage with UK policymakers, including Government, Parliamentarians, political parties, trade associations and other organisations such as consumer groups, charities and think tanks.  

We work with these audiences on a wide range of policy issues and legislation as well as legal and regulatory reform. This is to inform the development of public policy to ensure our expertise and the interests of the Society, its members and employees are heard by policymakers.
