These arrangements support the Board in its role of directing and managing the affairs and business of the Society – in a way that best serves the interests of our members and considers the needs of the Society’s wider stakeholders.

The Board and its Committees
The Board is the senior decision-making body of the Society. It comprises executive and non-executive directors, and has delegated certain specialist matters to its Committees.

The Board has a general duty to ensure that the Society operates within the Rules and Memorandum of Coventry Building Society.
