If you need support managing your accounts with us, there are several options depending on your situation. Here are some ideas:
Can’t get to a branch? Call us or use Online Services
Depending on the terms of your account, you could use Telephone Services and/or Online Services. You may also be able to set up Direct Debits and standing orders – this means you don’t need to make regular phone calls or visits to a branch.
Arrange for someone you trust to make a transaction in an emergency or as a one-off
Fill in our third party withdrawal form. This allows someone you trust to make a one-off withdrawal in a branch – they can take out cash, request a cheque or transfer to another Coventry account.
Arrange for someone to help you manage your finances long-term
For this, you’ll need to set up a ‘power of attorney’. This gives someone you trust the authority to make decisions on your behalf, even if you become unable to make decisions yourself.
