We’re open Monday to Friday 8am-7pm and Saturday 9am-2pm (closed on bank holidays).

If you don’t have these details and you want to register for Telephone Services, you can order a Password Letter to set up your Telephone Password. Your Telephone Grid Card will be sent to you when your Telephone Password is set up. Or you can call us or visit your nearest branch.

Outside of working hours
If we’re closed, you’ll automatically be directed to Telephone Self-Service. You’ll need your Telephone PIN. If you’ve lost it call us on 0800 121 8899 or visit your nearest branch.
You can use Telephone Self-Service to:
- Activate a card
- Report a lost or stolen card
- Check your account balance
- Review the interest rates for the accounts you hold with us
If you want to transfer money, you’ll need to call and speak to us during working hours so we can confirm it’s you making the transfer.
