The Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Rights of third parties
5.1 No person may enforce any of the Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
5.2 Notwithstanding any other term of this letter, the consent of any third party is not required for any variation or termination of the Terms and Conditions.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
6.1 The Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
6.2 The English courts will have jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise in connection with the Terms and Conditions.
