In line with our pledges, we allow existing customers to change to any of our new business products at any time (ERCs may still apply).
You can confirm that you have customer permission over the phone or by completing the customer authority form.

You will need to get the applicants to sign the Product Special Conditions (which are a part of the application pack). Please email the signed and scanned document using send secure to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will email you to confirm receipt and that the product transfer will go ahead at the chosen date.
