Compromised security

If you've already set up security questions and have registered an email address with us, you can reset your password online, by selecting 'Reset password' from the Log in page.

Tell us immediately, using the form below, if you think your security details have been compromised, someone else may know your password, or if you didn't see the right image or login details when you last used Online Services.

When you've completed your details and clicked 'submit', we'll temporarily block your access to your accounts through our online and telephone services as a precaution. We'll post a form to you so you can set up a new password.

You won't be able to use our online or telephone services until we've set your new password up (usually within four working days of returning the form to us by post). In the meantime, you can pop into your local branch to make transactions.

Register for Online Services

You must be aged 16 or over to register for Online Services and if you have joint accounts, each account holder will need to register separately.

Please make sure you have a Coventry account number and your password handy.
