Document store allows you to find the key documents that we generate to support your client’s mortgage application in one simple click. This facility means that you won’t need to wait for us to send these documents to you, neither will you need to contact us to request them. Simply visit manage cases to find the relevant case and the documents will be there ready for use including:
If you need to amend a case you will be able to access all of the updated documents as well as all previous versions of the KFI/mortgage illustration and acknowledgement letter. You will also be able to view and print the original application form if you need to refer back to this.
These documents will only be available once they have been generated as part of the application process.
You can access key documents associated to your cases by going to manage cases finding the case you wish to view and selecting the 'document store' tab. Documents that are available to view will be displayed in the drop-down boxes. Each of the above documents will be available to view when generated as part of the application process.
