We listen to our members and act on what they tell us

Through roadshows and regular surveys, there are plenty of opportunities to have your say
Members' Council

The 12 volunteers on our Members’ Council are real members with real savings accounts and mortgages.

They regularly give us feedback and help us develop and plan for the future.

Clear, open and honest

We hope you never have to complain, but if you think we've made a mistake, tell us and we'll try to put it right.

We keep a record of all complaints we receive and publish the figures here, on our website.

Have your say
Is there something you’d like to tell us? Whatever it is, let us know.

Send us your feedback – we’ll make sure it gets to the right person and they’ll listen to your request.

Members' Roadshows

We’re owned by you, our members, so it’s only right that we listen to your views.

We hold Roadshows around the country – they’re the perfect opportunity for you to have your say.

Fairer Finance

''We are delighted to see a building society topping our tables in both savings and mortgages. It's proof that mutuality can deliver a much richer experience for customers.''

James Daley from Fairer Finance, October 2016.
