You're protected as long as:
- You gave us the correct payment details
- You didn't authorise the transaction
- You haven't shared your online security details (password, Grid Card, Web ID) with anyone
- You've complied with all security requirements in the terms and conditions of your account
- The fraudulent activity doesn't relate to your use of an aggregation service (a service from an independent provider allowing you to access your online accounts from one webpage - there's an increased risk of fraud because you have to let them know your security details)
