If you’re still unsure whether you had PPI, or you no longer have any paperwork, contact us and we’ll check our records to let you know.

For Coventry Building Society and Stroud and Swindon Building Society mortgage PPI:

We’ll need to know your full name and address; the address of the mortgaged property (if different) and the names in which the mortgage was held, plus any other information you have about the mortgage, including account numbers if you have these available.

For Coventry Building Society unsecured personal loan PPI:

We’ll need to know your full name and address and the address you were living at when the loan was taken out and account numbers if you still have these.

You can contact us in a number of ways to find out if you had PPI. The easiest way is to complete our PPI questionnaire which you can download, print, and send to us at the following freepost address:

It’s important that you write the address exactly like this in capital letters and on one line. You don’t need a stamp. Royal Mail delivers freepost as 2nd class mail.

If the policy was held in more than one name, we’ll need all policy holders to sign the form.
