We've been serving the needs of our members for 125 years, initially through our network of branches but over recent years increasingly on the telephone and here online.

We believe you should have a choice in how you deal with your Society, at one of our branches, by calling us or online using our Online Services.

Our telephone service

When you call us you'll be dealing with someone who is based here in Coventry. We think it's important that we remain local, and will never move our call centre overseas. And to offer you even more we’re introducing a new 24 hour self-service option for those occasions when you simply want to check a balance, find out your interest rate or carry out a simple transaction.
