Members' Roadshows

We hold Members' Roadshows throughout the year, where members can meet Society managers and directors face-to-face to talk, ask questions and get open, honest answers in an informal setting. Recent Roadshows have included:

Members' e-forum

Our Members' e-forum currently has over 1,700 registered members, who we contact on a regular basis to gain their views on a range of subjects. We're always looking for new e-forum members, so please contact us if you'd like to join.

All responses to e-forum surveys are completely anonymous - we do not link them back to individual members or store them with your account information.

Members' Council

We've formed a Members' Council, comprising 12 members who meet with our senior management team throughout the year. It's an opportunity for them to critically review our progress, especially in areas like customer service and new products and gives the member the chance to get involved in specific projects.

This is a great opportunity for members who want to get even more closely involved with the Society. While we're not actively seeking new Council members at the moment, if you'd like more details on the Council, please contact us.
