Members' Roadshows

We hold Members' Roadshows throughout the year, where members can meet Society managers and directors face-to-face to talk, ask questions and get open, honest answers in an informal setting. Recent Roadshows have included:

• October 2007 - Oxford
• February 2008 - Coventry

Members' e-forum

Our Members' e-forum currently has over 1,700 registered members, who we contact on a regular basis to gain their views on a range of subjects, from our product range to our environmental policy. We're always looking for new e-forum members, so please contact us if you'd like to join.

Members' Council

Would you like to have more to do with your Society? Are you interested in helping us to keep improving?

We're forming a Members' Council and are looking for a dozen members who are willing to meet with us once per quarter over a two-year period.

We'll keep the Council members up to date with our progress, especially in areas like customer service and new products. The Members' Council will review our plans, making suggestions and challenging where necessary.
