It's quick and easy to install, compatible with all major existing anti-virus software and firewalls, and once downloaded it:

If you use more than one computer, you will need to download Rapport on to each machine you use. You can download the software free, as many times as you need.
If you want to download Rapport onto a computer you use at work, you may need to contact your systems administrator for more help and advice, as some companies restrict your ability to download software onto their systems.

Does Rapport work with screen readers?
Currently, Rapport doesn't work with screen readers, if you try to install Rapport you may find you have to turn some of the features off on your screen reader. However, Trusteer are working on a version that will be compatible.
How do I know if Rapport is working on my computer?
Once you have downloaded Rapport onto your computer you will see the Rapport icon next to your browser's address bar:

Will I be protected if I use other online banking sites?
Once you have downloaded Rapport onto your computer, it will help protect you whenever you log in to Online Services at the Coventry or use any other site that supports Rapport. Will it slow down my computer?
You shouldn't notice any difference in your computer's performance. Your computer should work exactly as before, but with an added layer of protection. You can log in to Online Services and transact on your accounts as normal.
Do I need to update Rapport?
No, the software automatically updates in the background, so you don't have to do anything.
