We recently introduced Grid Cards as part of the login process for Online Services. We've done this because we believe that using a mix of security features when you login or call us, provides you with a higher level of protection. Grid Cards provide an additional layer of security as they contain a random set of numbers, which are virtually impossible to guess.
You'll need to have your Grid Card to hand when you login to Online Services. You may also need it to confirm your identity when you telephone us to speak to an advisor.
If you use Online Services and haven't yet received a Grid Card, don't worry you can still login as normal and we'll then automatically post a Grid Card to you.
