Register for online services

Keeping track of your money, at a time that suits you, it's easy using our secure Online Services. Using Online Services, you can view and manage your account 24 hours a day keeping you up to date with your finances.

Our online promise

We take online security very seriously, and are committed to you with our online fraud protection promise.

You're nearly ready to get started - but before you register for Online Services, please make sure you have a Coventry account number and your password handy. If you don't have a Coventry password, or you've forgotten it please call us on 0800 121 8899. You must be aged 16 or over to register for Online Services and if you have joint accounts, each account holder will need to register separately.

If you already have an account with Coventry Building Society, and access this online, there is no need to register again, we'll just add any new accounts to your existing view.

Our net-savings, e-savings and current accounts come with Online Services, so if you've opened one of these, we'll set things up for you automatically.

After you've registered

Once you've registered we'll provide you with the additional security details you need to manage your money online.

Our Customer Service Centre is open Monday to Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 10am-4pm.
