Compromised security

If you think you may have been a victim of fraud or that someone else has access to any of your security details, call us immediately 0800 121 8899.

In the unlikely event that you become a victim of internet fraud on your Coventry account, we will reimburse you providing:

  • You have supplied us with the correct payment details;
  • You have not given your consent to the transaction;
  • You have not disclosed your online security details, including your Web ID and password to anyone;
  • You have complied with all security requirements shown in your account terms and conditions;
  • The fraudulent activity does not relate to your use of an aggregation service.*

*An aggregation service is provided by an independent provider allowing you to access all your online accounts on one webpage. The service requires you to disclose your security details to the provider, increasing the risk of internet fraud on your account(s).
