When choosing a mortgage you'll want to be sure it's right for you, so to help you with this important decision, we've put together a series of guides. We strongly recommend that you take some time to have a read through them as they may be able help you with your decision.
Once you've chosen your mortgage, you can get a decision in principle, complete an illustration which will give you the key facts about the mortgage, including details of the cost of borrowing and apply online.
When we receive your completed application we will assess it fully - this is called underwriting and, all being well we will make you a formal mortgage offer. Your mortgage offer will contain the full contractual terms of your mortgage.
And don't worry, if after you've been offered a mortgage with us you change your mind, or you're not fully satisfied, you can cancel your application by writing to, The Mortgage Centre, Coventry Building Society, Economic House, P O Box 9, High Street, Coventry, CV1 5QN within 14 days of your mortgage offer. This is called the 'cooling off' period.
