Coming to the end of your current mortgage deal? Why not speak to one of our advisors who will talk through your options with you.

Because our members are important to us, we look after you, not just when you take out your initial mortgage, but also when you come to the end of your mortgage product.

When your mortgage product is coming to an end, we'll write to you to let you know what your new rate and monthly payments will be, so that you know exactly where you are.

What are my options?

You'll have a number of options, from leaving your mortgage as it is, through to choosing a new mortgage deal from us. And remember, because we don't offer exclusive deals to new customers only, all of our mortgages are available for existing customers to apply for.

If you choose to switch to a new mortgage deal, our advisors will help choose the best deal for you and will guide you through the process.

What next?

If you would like to talk through your options, either:

  • Make an appointment with one of our mortgages advisors at your local branch
  • Call our Customer Service Centre, and speak to one of our mortgage advisors on 0845 601 5216

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
