    Should you wish to pay your mortgage off before the end of the agreed term, a £125.00 redemption fee will be payable.

    You may have one standard mortgage valuation (up to a maximum of £650) which must be carried out by a valuer instructed by us. If you opt for a more extensive Homebuyers Report we will discount the cost of this by the amount of the standard mortgage valuation (up to a maximum of £650).
