Security advice
We understand how important it is to protect the privacy of your client's personal information, which is why we suggest the following:
- We recommend that you use our secure mail service when communicating with us about your cases and when sending us copies of scanned documents. If you do need to send us an open email, make sure that you refer to your client using their Case ID and not their personal details
- To keep your introducer login details secure, it's important that you don't write down, email or pass them on to anyone else, or divulge them in full in any communications you have with us
- It's best not to leave your computer unattended whilst logged in to the secure area so always make sure you log out by clicking on the 'log out' button
