This site is owned and operated by and on behalf of Coventry Building Society and Godiva Mortgages Limited. Our principal office is Oakfield House, PO Box 600, Binley Business Park, Coventry CV3 9YR.

Any products purchased from Godiva Mortgages Limited are not purchased from Coventry Building Society and accordingly will not provide the purchaser with any membership rights in Coventry Building Society.

These terms and conditions govern the use of this website. By using this website you and your firm agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

The following definitions are used in these terms and conditions:

We/Our: Coventry Building Society or any of its operating entities; or Godiva Mortgages Limited, depending upon which entity you are seeking information from, wish to make an application to or wish to obtain an Agreement in Principle from.

You/Your: You as an individual mortgage intermediary or your firm on whose behalf and with whose authority you are accessing the site.

1. Eligibility

The information and services provided on this site are for the exclusive use of mortgage intermediaries. In order to use the services on this site you must first register your details with Coventry Intermediaries.

2. Availability of services

The products, services and policies described on this site are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without notice.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your equipment is compatible with the services provided on this site. You are responsible for any costs incurred to ensure your equipment is and remains compatible with our site.

You must comply with our procedures and instructions in using the services provided on this site.

3. Liability

Although we make every effort to ensure that the information in this site is both accurate and up to date, we accept no liability for any loss or damage (including consequential loss) due to an inability to use the site, omissions or inaccuries.

We will not be liable for any loss (including consequential loss) should the Introducer Code and password be misused.

We can give no warranty that the site is free of viruses or can be used with any computer, software or browser systems.

4. Use of password and Introducer Code

We will provide you with a password, which together with your Introducer Code will enable you to login to this site. Only one password will be provided for each Introducer Code registered on our systems.

You must keep the password secret and tell us immediately if you suspect your password and Introducer Code are being used to access this site fraudeulently or without your express authority.

You will be liable for any losses as a result of the mis-use of your password and Introducer Code. If you think someone who you have not expressly authorised knows or may know your password you must tell us immediately by calling us on 0845 7573612.

We will accept and you authorise us to accept instructions regarding the use of password and this site from all employees of your firm. Where the password is used by a number of individuals with your firm, your firm will be responsible for authorising them to use the password and ensuring the appropriate use of the password.

You must follow any instructions regarding the use of your Introducer Code and passwords which we may provide to you.

5. Withdrawal of access

We reserve the right to withdraw your access to this service at any time for security reasons or where we believe the service is being mis-used, or at our discretion where the Introducer Code and passwords have not been used for some time.

6. Data protection and privacy

You must at all times to comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act in respect of your clients details whether using the services on this site or communicating with us by any means regarding your client.

You must ensure that you have the authority to provide to us any data regarding your client.

7. Copyright

All designs, graphics, photographic images, material (including any copies or arrangements), and all software, underlying source code, any material sent to you by email or any other form and all other material on this website are copyright Coventry Building Society or Godiva Mortgages Limited or used under licence.

8. Use of content

You may print individual pages on paper, store individual pages electronically on disk, or display individual pages on a computer screen for your own personal and non-commercial use.

You may not store the content of this site on a server (or any other storage device connected to a network), reproduce, copy, distribute, disseminate or modify the content of this site, or use the content of this site for any commercial, illegal or immoral purpose.

9. Links from other sites

You may link your website to ours only with our prior expressed written permission, and subject to the display of a separate URL. We retain the right to withdraw this permission without notice or explanation at any time.

Where other sites are linked to ours, there is no implication that the third party site is part of this site. We will not accept any liability for any claim as a result of the content or activity of a third party site.

10. Use of cookies

We use 'Session' or temporary cookies to support some of the security features of this site and to track visitors. These cookies will be deleted shortly after you leave our site or within 90 days.
