Blocked access
We will temporarily block access to the secure area of this site if you enter your password incorrectly three consecutive times. When this happens we will display a message on screen asking you to contact the Intermediary Support Team who will re-set your password.
Forgotten passwords
If you cannot remember your password please contact the Intermediary Support Team on 0845 7573612 and they will re-set your password.
Time-out
If we don't detect any activity for thirty minutes after you've logged in we will automatically time-out your access. If this happens you will be shown a message on the screen asking you to login again.
You may have to wait ten minutes whilst our security system re-sets itself.
Temporarily out of action
Whilst we do everything we can to make sure this service is available to you 24 hours a day, there may be rare occasions when the website is temporarily out of action. When this happens we will display a page asking you to return at another time.
