As Director of Mortgage Distribution, Kevin leads a team of over 250 colleagues and has overall responsibility for our intermediary and direct mortgage channels.
Kevin has held a number of senior sales and distribution roles with major financial institutions during his career. He also represents the Society externally and is currently a Director and former Chairman of the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association (IMLA) and Chair of UK Finance's Buy to Let Committee.
As Head of Intermediary Relationships Jonathan leads the Intermediary Development team and has overall responsibility for the intermediary distribution strategy including all key partner and corporate relationships, Field and TBDM teams as well as telephone and administration support.
Jonathan has been in financial services since 2000 and has been with the Society since 2008, previously holding a position in Corporate accounts
As Corporate Relationship Manager, Ben manages relationships with our Corporate Partners. Bringing a wealth of industry experience having worked in the industry since 1998, Ben joined the Society in 2012 as a BDM covering the Severn Valley area from South Wales to Bristol and has managed one of our BDM teams.
As Corporate Relationship Manager, Paul is responsible for managing key intermediary relationships at a national level with the Society's corporate accounts.
Paul joined the Society in 2001 and has undertaken a number of intermediary-facing roles since 2013, including leading a team of Field BDMs as Regional Sales Manager in the North of the UK.
Keith joined the Society in 1996 following a successful career as a financial adviser and mortgage broker.
As Intermediary Operations Manager, Keith has responsibility for pre-case submission telephony, web chat and intermediary administration along with the telephone business development team.
Joining Coventry for intermediaries in 2014, Vicki has a wealth of industry knowledge gained through over 30 years experience in financial services, particularly in the business-to-business sector.
As a Business Development Team Manager, Vicki supports over 1,000 intermediary partners in London and the South East by managing a team of field BDMs - helping them to deliver the highest possible standards of service.
Carl Joined the Society in 2010 and has over 20 years' experience within financial services across a variety of different roles.
As Business Development Team Manager Carl is responsible for supporting our intermediary partners in Wales and the West of England by leading a team of field BDM's – helping them to achieve the highest possible standards of service.
Mark joined the Intermediary Team in 2021, having previously worked as a Regional Relationship Manager. Mark brings a wealth of knowledge to the team with over 25 years' experience working in Financial Services.
As a Business Development Team Manager, Mark is responsible for supporting our Intermediary partners from the Midlands, through the North of England and into Scotland, leading a team of field BDM's to deliver a fantastic proposition and service experience.
