Your mortgage rate is changing – and we have a range of options for you

Your current mortgage rate is coming to an end, which means that your rate will automatically change to our Standard Variable Rate of 4.74% on 1 August 2018. Your monthly payments could go up unless you take some time to consider your options now.

Of course, we’d love you to stay with us and the good news is that we have a great range of mortgages. We offer our existing customers exactly the same deals as new customers*, and they’re all available through your mortgage advisor who can reserve a new mortgage for you today.

Transferring your product is simple

You’re already with us, so it’s simple to transfer. There are no legal costs or valuation fees, and many of our mortgages come without product fees. All of them allow overpayments too (subject to terms and
conditions), so whatever your priorities are, we’re sure we’ll have a mortgage that suits.

Your mortgage advisor can talk you through the options available and discuss the next steps with you.

Changing your mortgage is an important decision, so take professional advice

Speak to your mortgage advisor who will look at your current situation and review your requirements. As long as we have your signed authority by 24 July we can transfer your product in time for your August payment.

If you’ve already set the wheels in motion for your new mortgage, you don’t need to respond to this letter.
