Here's a handy list of our most popular self-service options. You don't have to listen to the whole menu, if you know the service you want you can just say the phrase, for example: "transfer money".
| Transfer money |
Transfer money between your Coventry accounts, and up to £5,000 to your nominated bank or building society account. You will need to use your Grid Card for this service. If you don't have a Grid Card you will be directed to an advisor. |
| Account balance |
Find out the current balance of all your accounts. |
| Activate card |
Key in or say the account number of the card you wish to activate. We will then post your card PIN to your registered address. |
| Interest rate |
Find out the current interest rates on all your accounts. |
| Apply for a savings account |
Order an application pack for any of our new savings accounts. You can also order for your friends and family. |
| Reset a password |
We'll post a password reset form to your registered address. |
Redemption statement (available from the mortgage menu) |
To order a mortgage redemption statement, key in or say your mortgage account number(s) and your proposed redemption date. |
Savings statement (available from the savings menu) |
To order a savings statement, key in or say your savings account number(s). You can order one additional statement per account each month. |
