We are committed to developing skilled, confident and professional staff who can help us provide an excellent service to our Members.

All new employees will receive a warm welcome as part of our two day induction course before they head off to their departments. Then, whether you work in our Customer Service Centre, the branch network or one of our head office departments you will also receive role specific training.

You'll be able to take advantage of a wide range of personal development courses as well as support for vocational further education and professional qualifications. And if you have the desire and potential, we will seek to help you grow into future roles as well.
