If reading standard print is difficult, we can help by providing you with a choice of how our literature is presented.

• Large print
• Braille
• Audio Tape

To register to receive literature in one of the above formats you will need to call us on 0845 7665522, or write to our Customer Service Centre, Coventry Building Society, Oakfield House, PO Box 600, Binley Business Park, Coventry CV3 2YR.

On receipt of your request your account address will be amended to c/o DL-Laser Room, and all correspondence will be redirected to this department for it to be converted to the requested format.

New Customers

If you are not a member you can also receive information in Large print, Braille or Audio. You will need to contact us each time you require this service by calling us on 0845 7665522.
