Services for customers with hearing impairments

If you are a subscriber to B.T. Typetalk, you can call our Customer Service Centre using your Typetalk system.

If you visit one of our branches you will find that we have a portable Induction Loop System available. All you have to do is to turn your hearing aid to the T-position.
