As part of our on-going branch refurbishment programme, we have, wherever possible;

  • Fitted automatic or power-assisted doors.
  • Removed steps and replaced them with ramps.
  • Improved the layout within the branches to allow space for manoeuvring wheelchairs.
  • Introduced more meeting areas to provide suitable private areas for all our customers to discuss their finances.
